Weekends are just naturally for socializing, and thatâs especially true at Old Palm Golf Club. Itâs a time when members get together over cocktails, participate in engaging social events, or meet up for dinner in the Club. To help get the weekend started right, Old Palm offers a special Friday night dinner menu that varies week to week. Itâs always a spectacular display of the chefsâ culinary wizardry, as they only use the freshest seasonal ingredients. Last weekâs Friday night dinner is a fine example. Appetizers ran the gamut from succulent Lump Crab Martini to delicately prepared Soft Shell Crabs. EntrÃ©es were just as creative and also included delectable seafood dishes such as fresh Hog Snapper with a Caper and Tomato Sauce and SautÃ©ed Jumbo Shrimp with Oyster Mushrooms and Roasted Garlic over Risotto. For heartier appetites, the chefs cooked to order Pan-Seared 16-ounce Center Cut Prime New York Strips Steaks. As always, meals were accompanied by impeccable service.
