Sales in Old Palm’s elegant Golf Estates neighborhood aren’t just brisk— they’re on fire. Six homes recently sold within just a 30-day period, shattering all previous sales records. “Sales have been phenomenal throughout Old Palm, but particularly in the Golf Estates, where prices range from $1.2 million to $2 million,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “A combination of factors has driven the high sales, including the recent completion of new models with cutting-edge designs and the release of new home sites with views of the golf course, private water features, or the preserve. Plus, many buyers didn’t want to miss this opportunity before traveling north for the summer.” In response to the high demand, Courchene Development Corporation is constructing yet another brand-new model, the Carlisle. The most distinguishing features of the 4,062-square-foot Carlisle is its exceptionally open floor plan and high ceilings, which lends it a light, airy ambiance. Having one of the largest covered loggias in the Golf Estates, this four-bedroom designis expected to generate plenty of interest. While the new Carlisle model is being constructed on a quarter-acre home site with a private water feature, it can be built on a preserve home site starting at $1,469,000.
