Open House showcases 10 homes throughout Old Palm

July 28, 2014

Bellucia 150x150

Old Palm Golf Club recently hosted an Open House for homebuyers and brokers to tour select residences and our newest models for sale. The attendees really enjoyed the opportunity to truly experience the homes at a relaxed pace. Being the off-season, potential buyers could happily spend their time uninterrupted, giving them a feel for what it might be to live in the homes. With no distractions, they could easily focus on the extraordinary craftsmanship and the wonderful amenities that make Old Palm the finest private Club community in the Palm Beaches. “Holding the event in the typically slower summer allowed the attendees to truly experience these magnificent residences at their own pace,” says Connie McGinnis, Director Sales. “With 10 residences open throughout the community, in many cases potential buyers felt like they had the homes to themselves, and they could really concentrate on the homes’ finishes, details and exceptional designs.” [gallery link="file" ids="8245,8242,2892,3919,8241,8240,8244,8238,8239"] Five homes were open in the Golf Estates alone. It is the neighborhood’s largest four-bedroom one story home and overlooks Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. The Serena is offered at $1,595,000. For those seeking a two-story residence, there is the 4,949-square-foot under air Bellucia. It features four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a living room, office and loft. There is even a putting green outside by the swimming pool and a private water feature that adds to the tranquility. The Bellucia is priced at $1,680,000. Its generous 4,062-square-foot under-air design includes four bedrooms, four full and one half bath, a living room, family room and den. The furnished model is priced at $1,865,000.  A Carlisle can be built on a standard home site starting from $1,566,750. Just across the street in the cul-de-sac, Mustapick Estate Homes has its extraordinarily well-received Marseilles. The model’s design flows naturally over its 3,892 air-conditioned square feet, lending a certain tranquility to the interior, which features three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a den and great room. The furnished model is priced at $1,795,000, and the Marseilles can be built on a standard home site starting from $1,529,250. Mustapick’s Monaco model is on another preserve home site. The other residences in the Open House were models in the Isle Estates, Old Palm’s newest neighborhood of coastal architecture. Courchene Development Corporation and Hasey Construction have four models built within the neighborhood. Named for the capital of Bermuda, the Hamilton built by Courchene Development reflects the traditional tropical style of the British-influenced island. Its one-story layout encompasses 5,080 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, five full and one half bath, a great room and a club room, and a three-car garage. The Hamilton is available starting from $2,250,000. The furnished model is available at $3,055,000. Courchene’s other model, the 5,129-square-foot under-air St. James, is also a one-story residence with four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and a separate club room away from the spacious living room and family room. Inspired by the British West Indies, the St. James features a transitional interior by Insignia Design that takes advantage of the model’s abundance of natural light. It too offers a three-car garage. This St. James is priced starting at $2,260,000. The furnished model is available at $3,045,000. Hasey Constructions two-story 5,275-square-foot under-air Bonair offers four bedrooms and five full and two half baths with a theater and upstairs lounge. Decorators Unlimited created the interiors using light colors that imbue the space with an alluring informality. The model also features a three-car garage and is available starting from $2,325,000. The furnished model is available at $3,200,000. Hasey’s larger 5,540-square-foot under-air Belize is also two stories. Rogers Design Group designed the interiors to enhance the delightful coastal architecture. The Belize includes a three-car garage, as well. It is priced from $2,325,000. The furnished model is available at $3,150,000.
