Easter Sunday was the culmination of a fun-filled weekend at Old Palm recently, and the one of the highlights was the Easter Bunny. Dressed in a costume that included a bright green jacket, purple pants and a purple top hat, the white-furred bunny entertained the crowd of kids and happily stood by while their parents and a professional photographer took pictures. The kids also participated in two rousing Easter egg hunts on the Clubâs event lawn. One egg hunt was for children five and under, the other one was for older kids. Both groups had a great time, and their big smiles made for terrific photographs. The food from the Club was just as impressive. It started with a 3-hour brunch with every dish imaginable from the hot and cold buffets, omelet station, carving station, and pancake station. Later in the day, the Club served an extraordinary dinner with an assortment of dishes such as Turkey Breast with Sage Gravy, Mustard-Glazed Scottish Salmon, and Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary Sauce.
