Old Palm Golf Club has now sold more than $105 million worth of estate homes built by Hasey Construction alone. As one of the first independent builders in Old Palm, Hasey has built homes in three neighborhoods—the Grand Estates, Custom Estates and Isle Estates, which is known for its wonderful coastal architecture. “Hasey has been exceptionally successful at Old Palm because their homes reflect everything buyers desire,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “In each neighborhood, Hasey has had the uncanny ability to build with today’s trends in mind, and buyers have responded enthusiastically. Our entire sales team is proud to be part of Hasey’s success.” “Old Palm has been exceptionally supportive of our efforts,” says Marty Hasey, founder of Hasey Construction, “and that relationship has only grown stronger with time. Because my sons William, Michael and Patrick work with me, and our family name is on the product, we go above and beyond to keep our customers happy. That means listening to their needs and building the homes of their dreams.” Currently, Hasey has two of its popular Bonair models under construction in the Isle Estates. The two-story 5,275-square-foot under-air Bonair offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths in a traditional great room layout with a club room, theatre and upstairs lounge that opens onto a rear terrace. It can be purchased starting at $2,350,530. Hasey has also broken ground on a similarly sized, four-bedroom new model called the Bermuda. In addition, Hasey has three models going up in the Grand Estates, including the Wedgewood. It sprawls over 6,725 square feet under air and is priced at $3,875,000. Hasey is also constructing a custom Ashford with five bedrooms and a four-car garage, and the Windsor, a beautiful model offering four bedrooms, five full baths and one half bath. The Windsor is priced at $2,800,000. Photo: Not pictured, Michael Hasey.
