Each year Old Palm sets a new sales record. But even more impressive is that 2015 is shaping up to be the best year ever with sales dwarfing previous totals. With one week still remaining in April, Old Palm has sold 18 estate homes totaling a staggering $51,355,670. To satisfy the expected demand through the remainder of the year, South Floridaâs finest homebuilders are busy constructing new models in Old Palmâs four neighborhoods. While models and home sites are available, they arenât expected to last long. Only one completed model is available in the Isle Estates, Old Palmâs newest neighborhood, where the homes feature refreshingly unique coastal architecture. With 5,129 square feet under air, the St. James by Courchene Development Corporation offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a living room, family room and a separate club room. The model is available starting from $2,285,530 and as shown furnished for $3,080,000. Several other models in the Isle Estates are in various stages of construction.
