Masters champ Schwartzel prepared for win at Old Palm Golf Club Old Palm Golf Club’s membership was thrilled to cheer for three of their own during one of golf’s biggest competitions, the Masters, which was won by South African golfer Charl Schwartzel, who is living and practicing at the Palm Beach Gardens private community It was a dramatic final day – with several players in the running for the title. But Schwartzel kept his nerve to finish two shots ahead of his nearest rival. It’s the 26-year-old’s first major win. Respected builder constructing new homes at Old Palm Bay Golf Club Courchene Development Corp. building one model home and a ‘spec’ home in the Golf Estates neighborhood A familiar name in the luxury-home-building industry will be constructing homes in Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens. Courchene Development Corp. of Boca Raton will be building one model home and a âspecâ home in the Golf Estates neighborhood within the private golf club community. Paul Courchene, president of the family-owned company, said his firm will build new homes in the Palm Beach style.
