They are the height of fashion. Stunning. Sophisticated. Mesmerizing. The Palm Beaches’ top models are all that and more, as an adoring crowd witnessed Tuesday evening, when Old Palm Golf Club opened our four newest model homes. It was a smash debut. Cameras flashed and compliments gushed from the more than 250 real estate professionals who came to see the model homes, two built by Courchene Development Corporation and two by Mustapick Estate Homes. The models are beautifully furnished, as The Decorators Unlimited created the transitional interiors for the Mustapick homes, and Courchene provided its own masterful interior design. Gisele Bündchen, eat your heart out—our models are absolutely stunning. After all, they have the physical attributes luxury buyers desire most, including high ceilings, beautiful woodwork, light interiors and spacious Master Suites that open on to the pool areas. The seamless integration of the indoors and outdoors is a common thread throughout. Three of the models back up to a lushly landscaped lagoon, and Courchene’s two-story 5,060-square-foot Chesterfield model overlooks the green on the third hole of our Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. Courchene’s other model home, the gorgeous Royal Poinciana, features four bedrooms, a den and a great room in an open one-story layout that covers 3,951 square feet. At 3,855-square-feet Mustapick’s spectacular Marseilles model offers three bedrooms, a den and a great room. Buyers wanting a fourth bedroom and more traditional Family Room will find Mustapick’s 4,055-square-foot Monaco model more to their liking. While wonderfully similar in setting and flow, they also have their own unique characteristics, such as one-of-a-kind inlaid tiles in the foyers. The four models are in close proximity in our Golf Estate neighborhood, so they’re easy to tour one after the other. See more photos of the event on our Facebook page.
