With the season fast approaching, construction is in high gear at Old Palm Golf Club. Several new models have just opened, other models are close to being finished, and still others are coming out of the ground to keep up with the high demand within this prestigious community. By the time the snowbirds return to Florida and the season begins in earnest, Old Palm will have plenty of new models ready for move in. Caladium Lane in Old Palm’s Golf Estates neighborhood is a perfect example of the surge in construction. On three consecutive lots in this private cul-de-sac, Mustapick Estate Homes is building three different models, which are in various stages of completion. There’s recently finished four-bedroom, four full and one half-bath Monaco, a beautiful 4,055-square-foot home that has just been furnished. Next door, Mustapick is close to completing the Marseilles, a magnificent 3,855-square-foot model with three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a den and Great Room. Finally, there’s the Martinique, a brand-new design aimed at those who want a slightly smaller layout, as it features three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a den and family room in 3,409 square feet. “All three homes will be ready for the season,” says Drew Giles, Vice President of Mustapick Estate Homes. “We designed them for buyers that don’t need enormous square footage, yet want to enjoy Old Palm’s extraordinary lifestyle and amenities.” The homes are on private water feature lots and range in price from $1,345,000 for the unfurnished Martinique to $1,820,000 for the Monaco fully furnished. Courchene Development Corporation is offering three new models in the Golf Estates, as well. The magnificent Royal Poinciana is also located on Caladium Lane and has been beautifully furnished to highlight its 3,941-square-foot layout. The home features four bedrooms, a den and a great room that opens onto a private water feature. Just around the corner, Courchene’s lovely Chesterfield overlooks the third green of Old Palm’s Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. The home encompasses 5,060 square feet and includes four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a den and a second floor with a loft that accessible by elevator or stairs. One street over, Courchene is constructing its first Poinciana II, a model with a wonderfully intimate 3,485-square-foot layout. It offers three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, an office and a spacious Great Room that opens onto a covered loggia. The Poinciana II will be completed in time for the season, adding even more variety to the choice of homes in the Golf Estates.
