The latest event showcasing Old Palmâs models had some zip to it â literally, as guests were chauffeured from home to home in a fleet of stunning new Maseratis, courtesy of Ferrari Maserati of Palm Beach. It was all part of a spectacular evening planned by the sales team Old Palm Real Estate for the agents and guests of Coastal Sothebyâs International Realty in Palm Beach Gardens. Prior to presentation and dinner in the Clubhouse, the nearly 60 guests toured a magnificent, 4-bedroom golf cottage that lists for $2,495,000 and viewed the newest Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati sports cars. The home earned rave reviews and guests were then shuttled to the new model homes via their own 2013 Maserati Quattroporte S, which made the evening even more thrilling. Representatives from the builders were on hand to elaborate on the features of each model, which included Hasey Constructionâs 5,665-square-foot Castillo II in the Grand Estates neighborhood and two homes in the Golf Estates neighborhood: the 3,968-square-foot Royal Poinciana from Courchene Development Corporation and Mustapick Estate Homeâs 4,053-square-foot Monaco. And for those curious about Maseratis â a 2013 Quattroporte S offers 440 HP and has a top speed of around 174 mph.
