The new Jaguar F-Type debuts at this monthâs Paris Motor Show, marking Jaguarâs much-anticipated return to the sports car market. The two-seat convertible features a 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 engine with either 380 or 360 horsepower, and the new design is expected to re-establish British automaker Jaguar as an emotional, sporty brand. Rumors of a Jaguar convertible this sporty have been circulating for years, so the launch of the F-Type is causing quite the stir. Itâs not for the shy driver because heads will surely turn when an F-Type comes into view. âThe F-Type will be a quicker, more responsive, agile vehicle,â says Ian Hoban of Jaguar Engineering. âThereâs absolutely no doubt in my mind that it will be a truly exceptional sports car.â Priced around $85,000, Jaguar F-Types can now be ordered for delivery in 2013.
