Celebrate Thanksgiving with dinner at the Club

November 21, 2012

Thanksgiving has come a long way since the first one was celebrated in 1621. But the tradition of feasting on the fourth Thursday in November is still alive and well, especially at Old Palm Golf Club. This year’s Thanksgiving dinner will be held at the Club on Thursday, November 22, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The buffet-style meal will feature every imaginable traditional dish, all perfectly prepared by the chefs at Old Palm. Enjoy hearty main courses like Rack of Lamb, Bone-in Country Ham, and Whole Roast Turkey. Add on side dishes ranging from Mashed Potatoes and Turkey Gravy to Sage and Corn Bread Stuffing. And don’t be shy about it. There will probably still be room on your plate for Sweet Potato Casserole and Fresh Cranberry Sauce. Of course, feel free to go back for seconds — and thirds — or just for dessert. Pumpkin pie, fresh berries and ice cream are only a few of the choices. We’re expecting quite the crowd!
