The PGA Corridor Association was created primarily to promote business in Palm Beach Gardens, but âall work and no playâ isnât always the best formula for success. Sometimes, business and pleasure go hand in hand. For instance, the association recently held its third event at Old Palm Golf Club, and while business was conducted, everyone had a great time, too. Dozens of influential business people in Palm Beach Gardens attended the function, which was for U.S. Congressman Patrick Murphy, who serves Floridaâs 18th District. Everyone spent the evening enjoying cocktails, hors dâoeuvres and the ambiance of the setting in the Bentley, a model home built by Courchene Development Corporation. Situated on a generous half-acre home site in Old Palmâs Grand Estates neighborhood, the Bentley encompasses 5,837 square feet. It features a wonderfully open floor plan with four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths, a den and a tiered home theater thatâs totally automated, right down to the electric reclining seats. The spacious design encourages entertaining, so it was the ideal venue for the PGA Corridor Association event.
