Old Palm Golf Club Enjoying Robust Sales as Interest Soars

March 22, 2013

Activity within the on-site sales center at Old Palm Golf Club has never been higher as more and more potential homebuyers discover the allure of living in the premier private Club community in the Palm Beaches. It’s not just one factor that has driven the interest. It’s the rare, if not unprecedented, combination of Old Palm’s extraordinary homes, magnificent Club, one-of-a-kind golf facilities, and unrivalled lifestyle. “You can search far and wide and not find anything quite like Old Palm Golf Club,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “I’ve been here since inception, and I’ve not seen another community that offers such an uncompromisingly high level of homes, services and amenities across the board. Add our residents’ genuine friendliness and enthusiasm for having a good time, and you have something beyond special.” The activity is especially brisk in Old Palm’s Golf Estates and Grand Estates neighborhoods, due to several newly opened models with more on the way. Mustapick Estates Homes’ most recent model, the 3,409-square-foot Martinique, features a British Colonial-influenced design with three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a den and a family room. When built on a preserve home site, the Martinique starts at $1,196,000. Just this month, Mustapick sold its other two models—the Monaco and the Marseilles—both of which are slightly larger. The reaction to these wonderfully spacious homes was so positive that Mustapick will soon break ground on another Monaco and Marseilles on home sites with private water features on the adjacent cul-de-sac. Courchene Development Corporation also has a number of models in the Golf Estates, including the 3,485-square-foot Poinciana II. The home’s traditional split floor plan features three bedrooms plus a library, three full and one half baths, and a spacious great room that opens onto the pool, spa, and a covered loggia. It’s also striking because of the seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. The Poinciana II is priced from $1,245,000 on a preserve home site. For homebuyers seeking even more space, there’s Courchene’s lovely Chesterfield. The two-story, 5,060-square-foot layout includes four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a den and a second floor with a loft that is accessible by elevator or stairs. The residence overlooks the green on the third hole of Old Palm’s Raymond Floyd-designed golf course, so the views are stunning, especially from the second floor. The model is priced from $1,990,000. Courchene has also constructed two magnificent models on adjacent half-acre home sites in Old Palm’s Grand Estates neighborhood. The 5,837-square-foot Bentley has four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a den, and a tiered, totally automated home theater. One of the home’s most unexpected features is the glass-walled wine gallery between the living and dining rooms. Although the floor plan is grand and open, the home still retains its warmth and intimacy. The Bentley can be built from $2,323,000 on a water feature homesite. At 6,855 square feet, Courchene’s two-story Royalton model is somewhat larger than the Bentley to accommodate five bedrooms, a den, game room, loft, six full and two half baths. The size adds to its flexibility and appeal. It’s ideal for empty nesters that want separate areas for their kids or grandkids when they visit. The design is also perfectly suited for young families that may prefer to have their children on the second floor, separated from the master suite on the first floor. The Royalton can be built from $2,623,000 on a water feature homesite. The third new model in the Grand Estates is Hasey Construction’s exceptional Castillo II, a single-story home that features a traditional split floor plan of 5,665 square feet with four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a den and a game room. The floor plan encourages entertaining, especially in the heart of the home where the kitchen opens onto the family room. Although currently under construction, the Castillo II can easily be toured. Pricing starts at $2,248,000. Old Palm is exceptional on so many levels, and that passion for excellence carries into the Club, a welcome blend of tradition and contemporary luxuries that feels like home. Designed to mirror the intimate scale of a Palm Beach estate, the Mediterranean-style Club encourages members to mingle in its casual, pleasantly understated atmosphere. Dining in the Club’s four magnificent venues is as exquisite as it is friendly. The sense of comfort and conviviality just naturally extends into the Spa, Fitness Center and the Casitas, adjacent to the Club where members can house their guests in sumptuously appointed suites. Old Palm Golf Club stands alone as the premier private Club community in the Palm Beaches, with new estate homes ranging in price from $1.2 million to $12 million. It is ideally located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens with close proximity to a wealth of luxuries and conveniences, including both Palm Beach International Airport and North County General Aviation Airport, which accommodates private aircraft. Old Palm is being developed by Clarion partners, a leading real estate investment firm with over $25 billion in assets under management.
