When Couture Homes opened its Prima model in Old Palm’s Custom Estates, it created quite a stir for its Innovative design as a classically proportioned Italian-style villa. The reaction to the homebuilder’s new Avanti model is also expected to be wonderfully positive, as this residence is another unique design from founders Todd Ullom and Gary Hartogh. The 7,317-square-foot Avanti offers five bedrooms, six full and one two half bath, living room, formal dining room, library, wine room and home theater. For added privacy, the master suite occupies the entire back of the house, completely separated from the other bedrooms. At the center of the home, the family room and kitchen open onto a spacious covered loggia with a tongue-and-groove cypress ceiling and a grand infinity-edge pool overlooking an expansive lake. There is also a four-car garage and motor court that’s ideal for auto enthusiasts. “The Avanti is a home that conveys a great sense of comfort and ease,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. “It was designed for a classic Florida lifestyle and is enhanced by every imaginable amenity. I picture a homebuyer walking in and instantly knowing that this is the perfect residence for their way of life.” The Avanti is beautifully situated on an exceptionally private one-acre preserve home site on Tillinghast Circle. It is priced at $4,200,000.
