Nearly 200 realtors and their guests recently attended the Summer White Party at Prima, a magnificent model that Couture Homes built in Old Palm’s Custom Estates neighborhood. The Young Professionals Network of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) hosted the event, which generously supported two local charities through a raffle. Dressed in all-white summer attire, the attendees enjoyed music, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. The setting was ideal, as Prima is a classically proportioned Italian-style villa that sprawls over 7,800 square feet, so there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Prima’s center courtyard was especially perfect for entertaining, as the majority of the residence opens onto the outdoor space, which is beautifully furnished to invite conversation. Visit our Old Palm Facebook page for event photos. Another highlight of the evening was the raffle, during which the partygoers bid on items that included a helicopter tour, a wine tasting party hosted by The Wine Sage, club access at Palm Harbor Marina, various gift baskets, and a golf outing at Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. A portion of the proceeds benefited local charities. Funds went to Quantum House, which provides temporary lodging for families with a child being treated for a critical illness, and to the Pay It Forward Fund: Realtors® Helping Realtors®, which provides financial assistance to needy RAPB members. The fundraising was a huge success, and Prima received rave reviews as the ideal venue.
