
After a thorough  nationwide search, Jason Soule was chosen as Old Palmâs new Executive Chef. His professionalism in the kitchen, high level of creativity, and track record of mentoring and staff development was the winning combination that convinced Old Palm that he was the ideal choice.
With a degree from New Hampshire Technical College and further studies at the Culinary Institute of America, Soule is well educated and well skilled as a chef. He has spent eight years cooking at Ritz-Carlton properties in Florida and the Caribbean and at a local club. He also holds a Level One certification of the Court of Master Sommeliers and has served externships at some of Americaâs finest restaurants, including Park Avenue Café, Aureole and China Grill in Miami.
Chef Souleâs focus will be to ensure the consistency and quality of Old Palmâs culinary operations and to blend our traditional club favorites with the latest culinary techniques and trends.
