Two new models in Old Palm’s spectacular Golf Estates recently sold in record time. Just as soon as Courchene Development Corporation completed the furnishings in its Poinciana II and Carlisle models, eager homebuyers purchased them. “Quick sales are becoming the norm at Old Palm,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “Savvy buyers know that the designs, architecture and quality of the homes here are extraordinary, so when homes become available they are purchased almost immediately.” The Poinciana II and the Carlisle are situated on beautiful quarter-acre home sites in the Golf Estates, where home range from 3,400 to over 5,000 square feet. The 3,485-square-foot Poinciana II features a traditional split floor plan with three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a library and a spacious great room that opens onto a covered loggia. To maximize views of the tropical landscaping, the Poinciana II has been designed with plenty of windows and sliding doors for a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. The Poinciana II can be built on any home site in the Golf Estates and is priced from $1,368,000 on a preserve home site. The somewhat larger Carlisle can also be built on any home site in the neighborhood, although the model that just sold overlooks a private water feature. While this was the first Carlisle that Courchene constructed, its quick sale confirmed the home’s appeal and others are sure to follow. The model’s generous 4,062-square-foot design includes four bedrooms, four full and one half bath, a living room, family room and den. On a preserve home site, the Carlisle starts at $1,517,000 .
