The Bonair, one of Hasey Construction’s new models in Old Palm Golf Club’s Isle Estates, is a study in serenity and coastal architecture. With 5,275 square feet under air, it’s designed with an alluring informality, spaciousness and enticing natural flow between the indoors and outdoors. “The coastal architecture lends the Bonair a feeling that’s more casual than might be expected,” says Patrick Hasey, the company’s Director of Sales and Marketing. “Another huge draw is the panoramic view from the second floor that overlooks the lake and the eleventh tee of the Old Palm golf course designed by the legendary Raymond Floyd.” The Bonair offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths in a traditional great room layout with a club room featuring a home theatre and upstairs lounge accessible by stairs or elevator. The lounge opens onto a rear terrace that takes full advantage of the panoramic views. Other inviting features of the Bonair include beamed ceilings, great separation between the bedrooms for added privacy, and a grand sense of spaciousness. Decorators Unlimited created the interiors using mostly contrasting earthen tones, although the colors upstairs are more whimsical and include splashes of blues and greens. The Bonair is priced on a standard home site starting from $2,325,000.
