Three New Models Open in Old Palm Golf Club’s Golf Estates

April 02, 2014

To keep pace with the sales demand, there has been a steady flurry of building throughout Old Palm. Nowhere is this more evident than in the Golf Estates, where homes typically range from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet and are beautifully situated on quarter-acre home sites. Three new models are now open in the neighborhood’s Pink Oleander Lane cul-de-sac, but chances are they won’t last long. In the past, these popular models have been snapped up shortly after becoming available. It’s a testament to the relevance of their design, their high-quality craftsmanship and the uncompromising lifestyle that comes with living in Old Palm. “These models are consistent with the current architectural trends in terms of elements such as high ceilings, open floor plans and extensive windows and glass,” explains Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “All three models also incorporate the Florida lifestyle with large outdoor entertainment spaces and large covered patios with summer kitchens.” Courchene Development Corporation built two of the models. The 3,485-square-foot Poinciana II features three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a library and a spacious great room that opens onto a covered loggia. To maximize views of the tropical landscaping, swimming pool and private water feature, the Poinciana II has been designed with plenty of windows and sliding doors for a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. Insignia Design Group created the interiors in a soothing palette of creams, earthy browns and cool blues. The colors are consistent throughout, imbuing the space with serenity and elegance. This Poinciana II is available from $1,396,000. Next door, there’s Courchene’s magnificent Carlisle, which also overlooks a private water feature. Its generous 4,062-square-foot design includes four bedrooms, four full and one half baths, a living room, family room and den. Being one of the first four-bedroom designs with a spacious great room in the Golf Estates, the home is generating plenty of interest. The Carlisle’s interiors are by Insignia Design Group, as well. Although the colors are still primarily creams, browns and blues, other hues are a bit bolder. For instance, the kitchen and adjoining family room introduces an unexpected green that plays off the tropical foliage. The Carlisle is priced from $1,540,000. Directly across the street is Mustapick Estate Homes’ extraordinarily well-received Marseilles. This is the fifth Marseilles constructed in the Golf Estates; all of them have sold quickly. The model’s design flows naturally, lending a certain tranquility to the interior, which features three bedrooms, three full and one half baths, a den and great room that opens on to a covered loggia. The Marseilles is priced from $1,490,000. “This Marseilles is part of a new release of preserve home sites that afford great privacy because it overlooks an undisturbed landscape of native pines and palms,” says McGinnis. “It couldn’t be more peaceful or appealing.”
