Three New Models Open in Old Palm Golf Club’s Golf Estates

To keep pace with the sales demand, there has been a steady flurry of building throughout Old Palm. The Carlisle’s interiors are by Insignia Design Group, as well. Although the colors are still primarily creams, browns and blues, other hues are a bit bolder. For instance, the kitchen and adjoining family room introduces an unexpected green that plays off the tropical foliage. The Carlisle is priced starting from $1,540,000. Directly across the street is Mustapick Estate Homes’ extraordinarily well-received Marseilles. The model’s design flows naturally, lending a certain tranquility to the interior, which features three bedrooms, three full and one half baths, a den and great room that opens on to a covered loggia. The Marseilles is priced starting from $1,490,000. “This Marseilles is part of a new release of preserve home sites that afford great privacy because it overlooks an undisturbed landscape of native pines and palms,” says McGinnis. “It couldn’t be more peaceful or appealing.”
