The homes offer a diverse range of sizes, features and home sites in three different neighborhoods, so there is truly something for everyone. Four homes are available in the Golf Estates neighborhood. The Serena encompasses 3,880 square feet under air, which is beautifully designed to accommodate four bedrooms, four full and two half baths, a great room, and den. It sits beautifully on a quarter acre that overlooks Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. The Serena is offered for $1,595,000. For those seeking a larger home in the neighborhood, there is the 4,949-square-foot Bellucia. This two-story residence features four bedrooms, five full and three half baths, a living room, office and loft. There is even a putting green outside by the swimming pool and a private water feature beyond that adds to the tranquility. The Bellucia is priced at $1,680,000. Additionally we invite you to tour two new model homes available in the Golf Estates neighborhood. There is Courchene Development Corporation’s magnificent Carlisle, which also overlooks a private water feature and just across the street, Mustapick Estate Homes has constructed its extraordinarily well-received Marseilles. In the Grand Estates there will be one home available to tour, Hasey Construction’s Castillo II model with 5,665 square feet under air. The Castillo II offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, a living room, family room and den. Situated on a lushly landscaped half acre, the home provides plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and overlooks a private water feature. Courchene Development Corporation built two of the homes. Named for the capital of Bermuda, the Hamilton reflects the traditional tropical style of the British-influenced island. Its one-story layout encompasses 5,080 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, five full and one half bath, a great room and a club room, and a three-car garage. The Hamilton is available starting from $2,250,000. Courchene’s other model, the 5,129-square-foot under-air St. James, is also a one-story residence with four bedrooms, five full and one half bath, and a separate club room away from the spacious living room and family room. Inspired by the British West Indies, the St. James features a transitional interior by Insignia Design that takes advantage of the model’s abundance of natural light. It too offers a three-car garage. This St. James is priced starting at $2,260,000. Hasey Construction built the other two new models in Isle Estates. The two-story 5,275-square-foot under-air Bonair offers four bedrooms and five full and two half baths with a theater and upstairs lounge. Decorators Unlimited created the interiors using light colors that imbue the space with an alluring informality. The model also features a three-car garage and is available starting from $2,325,000. Hasey’s larger 5,540-square-foot under-air Belize is also two stories. The model features five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, a living room, family room, club room and upstairs lounge in a more traditional layout. Rogers Design Group designed the interiors to enhance the delightful coastal architecture. The Belize includes a three-car garage, as well. It is priced from $2,325,000.
