While retreats are commonly thought of as places for spiritual renewal, they can be just as effective in reinvigorating your golf game. To this end, Old Palm Golf Club will soon hold several retreats at its Golf Studio to help golfers improve every aspect of their game. During each one-day retreat, Old Palmâs Director of Instruction, Mark Hackett, and Old Palmâs Director of Golf, Bud Taylor, will offer three hours of instruction in everything from the long game to putting. Working in small groups, the golfers will focus on one part of their game at a time and by the end of the session will have covered the whole nine yards. âThese retreats are intended to put a fresh face on instruction, so golfers will get more enjoyment out of playing,â explains Taylor. âThe retreats stand alone as one-day refreshers or golfers can take multiple retreats to build even more confidence in their game.â The instruction will be personal, highly focused and use the Golf Studioâs advanced technology, including TrackMan and the V1 Swing Analysis System. The retreats are open to Old Palm members and their guests for only $95 per person per session. The retreats will be held on: Friday, November 7 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Wednesday, November 19 (9:30am â 12:30pm) Friday, December 5 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Tuesday, December 23 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Wednesday, January 7 (9:30am â 12:30pm) Friday, January 23 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Tuesday, February 10 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Wednesday, February 25 (9:30am â 12:30pm) Friday, March 17 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Friday, April 10 (2:00pm - 5:00pm) Wednesday, April 22 (9:30am â 12:30pm)
