Sales in Isle Estates expected to reach a fever pitch by mid-season

Considering that home sales are already unusually robust in Old Palm Golf Club’s newest neighborhood of Isle Estates for such a brand new offering, this season is expected to be absolutely off the charts. In the last month alone, the amount of activity has soared in every respect. Construction is about to start on several residences that have been purchased, a family just moved into one of the original models, the builders are designing new models and home sites are being snapped up.

“We couldn’t be more excited by how quickly this new neighborhood has gained traction,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “Isle Estates is unlike anything else in the Palm Beaches, and homebuyers have found it to be immensely appealing. This neighborhood of coastal architecture is like a slice of the British West Indies with an irresistible tropical flair.”

The distinctive architecture in Isle Estates is only one of its attractions, as each residence beautifully sits on a one-third-acre home site overlooking one of Old Palm’s largest lakes, the spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course or both. The fact that there are only 33 available home sites in the neighborhood only fuels the fire and adds to the exclusively.

Courchene Development Corporation is one of the two independent homebuilders in the Isle Estates. The company is about to break ground on a newly purchased St. James, which will mirror the fully furnished model of the same name located nearby on Plantation Way. With 5,129 square feet under air, the one-story St. James offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and a separate club room away from the spacious living room and family room. The model can be built starting at $2,260,000.

The Hamilton is Courchene’s other existing model in the Isle Estates. Built to reflect the look of a Bermuda residence, the home’s exterior is painted white with pale blue shutters, the chimney caps are v-shaped like the ones in Bermuda, and even the name honors Bermuda’s capital of Hamilton.

The one-story Hamilton encompasses 5,080 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, five full and one half bath, a great room and a media room, all with exceptionally high ceilings. Insignia Design created the interiors with a soothing coastal palette that includes pale blues, creamy whites and shades of taupe. The Hamilton is priced starting at $2,250,000.

Courchene is also designing a custom home in the coastal style for a buyer in the Isle Estates and yet another new model called the Coquina, a reference to the whitish shell limestone that is often used as a building material throughout the tropics. When completed, the Coquina will feature four bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths, and a private study away from the main living area and a three-car garage.

The 4,619-square-foot-under-air Coquina is the first new model in the Isle Estates under 5,000 square feet. It is ideal for homebuyers who prefer a more intimate footprint while still providing the carefree island ambiance that the neighborhood embodies.
