Brand New Magens Bay model now open in Old Palm Golf Club

January 27, 2015

The Magens Bay has been so popular in Old Palm’s spectacular Golf Estates neighborhood that as soon as Mustapick Estate Homes breaks ground on one, a homebuyer snaps it up. Three of these highly coveted models have already sold based on the design alone. The latest Magens Bay is now finished, furnished and ready for touring. But it won’t last long.

“We’ve had great success with our two previous models in the Golf Estates,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. “Everyone loved the Monaco, especially its club room, and they love the great room in the Marseilles. So we combined their best attributes and came up with the Magens Bay.”

Named for crescent-shaped Magens Bay on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the model is situated on a private preserve home site in the Golf Estates. With 3,869 square feet under air, it features four bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath, a great room and club room. The open, airy layout is bathed in natural light and the high ceilings and crisp, clean interior design enhance the spaciousness. The Magens Bay is priced from $1,689,000 on a standard lot.  The furnished model is priced at $1,875,000 on a preserve homesite.

Mustapick’s new Monaco model is also available overlooking a private preserve. With 4,098 square feet under air, the Monaco features a wonderfully traditional floor plan with a separate living room, family room and dining room. The four bedrooms and four full and one half bath offer plenty of room for families and guests. Then, there’s the club room, an ideal retreat with double pocket doors for privacy. The Monaco can be built starting at $1,729,000, and the furnished model is available at $1,875,000.

Courchene Development Corporation also has two models in the Golf Estates. The 3,485-square-foot-under-air Poinciana II features three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a library and a spacious great room that opens onto a covered loggia. To maximize views of the tropical landscaping and swimming pool, the Poinciana II has been designed with plenty of windows and sliding doors for a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors.

Insignia Design Group created the interiors in a soothing palette of creams, earthy browns and cool blues. The colors are consistent throughout, imbuing the space with serenity and elegance. The Poinciana II starts at $1,505,750 on a standard homesite, and the furnished model is available for $1,810,000.

Courchene’s magnificent Carlisle is next door. Its generous 4,062-square-foot-under-air design includes four bedrooms, four full and one half baths, a living room, family room and den. Being one of the first four-bedroom designs with a spacious great room in the Golf Estates, the home is generating plenty of interest.

The Carlisle’s interiors are by Insignia Design Group, as well. Although the colors are still primarily creams, browns and blues, other hues are a bit bolder. For instance, the kitchen and adjoining family room introduces an unexpected green that plays off the tropical foliage. The Carlisle is priced from $1,649,000 on a standard homesite, and the furnished model is available for $1,990,000.
