Now’s a grand time to buy at Old Palm Golf Club’s Grand Estates

The Grand Estates at Old Palm Golf Club is red hot, and there is more to the robust sales than this being the middle of the season. For starters, precious few home sites remain in the Grand Estates, and they are being snapped up quickly, in part because they are a half-acre in size. That gives homebuyers plenty of room for a 4,800 to 7,000-square-foot home, swimming pool, large outdoor kitchen, and an expansive back yard to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Sales have also been boosted by the generous selection of models in the Grand Estates. Although both completed models were recently purchased, five others are under construction or being designed to break ground shortly. Like every home in this neighborhood, the residences are beautifully situated on quiet cul-de-sacs and overlook private water features or Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. “The Grand Estates is one of those special neighborhoods that instantly captures the imagination,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. “Homebuyers just love the possibilities that the abundant space offers, both indoors and outdoors. Both homes feature four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths, and overlook private water features. Courchene has another Bentley under construction and completion isn’t far off. The home can be built on other available home sites in the Grand Estates starting at $3,069,100. Courchene also has two other models under construction. The 4,925-square-foot under-air Savoy will be completed first in the beginning of March. It features four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths and a den, and has been thoughtfully designed to be light and airy throughout. The Savoy can be built on other available homesites starting from $2,584,410 and the furnished model is available at $3,395,000. Then there is Courchene’s magnificent Viceroy, a 5,403-square-foot under-air model with four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths and a den. Its large back yard overlooks a private water feature. This Viceroy will be completed later this season, so there is still time for a homebuyer to customize it to his or her liking. The Viceroy is priced starting at $2,701,410. Hasey’s extraordinary Wedgewood model is also now under construction. The two-story home sprawls over 6,725 square feet under air, so there is plenty of space for its four bedroom, five full baths, two half baths, family room, living room, club room and wine room. The balcony on the second floor provides a sweeping view of the 9th hole of the Old Palm golf course. The Wedgewood is priced at $3,875,000. Hasey also has a model called the Windsor in the early stages of design. The Windsor offers 5,318 square feet under air, with four bedrooms, five full baths and one half bath in a great room plan. The residence is sure to reflect the amenities that homebuyers desire most. There will be plenty of glass to bathe the interior in natural light, an easy transition between the indoors and outdoors, and generous proportions throughout.
