It didnât take long for Isle Estates, the newest neighborhood in Old Palm Golf Club, to gain traction. With its first full season coming to a close, Isle Estates is already one-third sold out. No wonder. The neighborhoodâs beautiful coastal architecture is dramatically different than the other home styles in the Palm Beaches, and homebuyers have responded enthusiastically. Although models are available for touring, they have been selling rapidly. Hasey Constructionâs two original modelsâthe Bonair and the Belizeâsold recently but the builder has others in various stages of construction to meet the demand. Haseyâs first model to sell was the two-story 5,275-square-foot under-air Bonair. It offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths in a traditional great room layout with a club room, theatre and upstairs lounge that opens onto a rear terrace. Other inviting features include beamed ceilings, great separation between the bedrooms for added privacy, and a grand sense of spaciousness. Another Bonair is now under construction in Isle Estates. It can be purchased starting at $2,350,530. However, as the model nears completion, the price is expected to rise. Hasey also sold its original 5,540-square-foot under-air Belize model. It is also two stories and features five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, a living room, family room, club room and upstairs lounge in a more traditional layout. The Belize can be built starting at $2,350,530. In addition, Hasey has begun designing a new model called the Bermuda. Like all of the neighborhoodâs residences, the Bermuda will reflect the coastal architecture that has so captivated homebuyers. Although the exact design or pricing hasnât been finalized, the four-bedroom, five full and two half baths, great room and club room model will be one story, a departure from Haseyâs other models in the Isle Estates, which are two stories and somewhat larger. Courchene Development Corporation has also been successful with its coastal-style models. Its fully furnished St. James models is now available for touring, while another one is under construction. With 5,129 square feet under air, the one-story St. James offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and a separate club room away from the spacious living room and family room. The model can be built starting at $2,285,530. The Hamilton is Courcheneâs other original model in the Isle Estates. Although the first Hamilton sold, it is available for tours, and still another Hamilton is about to break ground. Itâs an exceptionally popular model, as it reflects the look of a Bermuda residence. The one-story Hamilton encompasses 5,080 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, five full and one half bath, a great room and a media room, all with exceptionally high ceilings. The Hamilton is priced starting at $2,275,530. Courchene also has a new model called the Coquina in the works. When completed, the Coquina will feature four bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths, and a private study away from the main living area and a three-car garage.
