Want to live in Old Palm Golf Club’s Golf Estates? Then, hurry.

March 27, 2015

Old Palm’s exceptional Golf Estates has been a roaring success from the moment it opened. Now, with limited inventory and only a few home sites left, the neighborhood is hotter than ever. Homebuyers have realized that if they want to live in the Golf Estates, now is the time.

“There really is no time like the present,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “There are precious few home sites remaining, and even fewer models available because they are usually snapped up immediately, often from nothing more than the floor plans. The Golf Estates has all the right ingredients, which only fuels that urgency to buy.”

For instance, two models in the neighborhood recently sold just days apart—Mustapick Estate Homes’ magnificent Monaco and the Magens Bay. The latter was purchased almost as soon as it became available. Mustapick has plans to build its popular Marseilles model on a preserve home site in the Golf Estates.  The current price for the furnished Marseille model is $1,899,000.

Like all of the homes in the neighborhood, the models range from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet under air and are beautifully situated on a quarter-acre home sites that overlook a nature preserve or Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. The amount of space is ideal for those seeking a certain intimacy and proportion without sacrificing one iota of comfort or exclusivity.

There are presently only two completed models available. The Poinciana II by Courchene Development Corporation is 3,485-square-foot under-air residence features three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, a library and a spacious great room that opens onto a covered loggia.

To maximize views of the tropical landscaping, swimming pool and private water feature, the Poinciana II has been designed with plenty of windows and sliding doors for a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors.

Insignia Design Group created the interiors in a soothing palette of creams, earthy browns and cool blues. The colors are consistent throughout, imbuing the space with serenity and elegance. The Poinciana II starts at $1,505,750 on a standard home site, and the furnished model is available for $1,810,000.

Courchene’s magnificent Carlisle is next door. Its generous 4,062-square-foot-under-air design includes four bedrooms, four full and one half baths, a living room, family room and den. Being one of the first four-bedroom designs with a spacious great room in the Golf Estates, the home is generating plenty of interest.

The Carlisle’s interiors are by Insignia Design Group, as well. Although the colors are still primarily creams, browns and blues, other hues are a bit bolder. For instance, the kitchen and adjoining family room introduces an unexpected green that plays off the tropical foliage. The Carlisle is priced from $1,649,000 on a standard home site, and the furnished model is available for $1,990,000.

“I don’t expect these two models or the few remaining home sites to last long,” adds McGinnis. “We had high expectations for the Golf Estates this season, and the sales figures have already gone far beyond our expectations. There are just so many wonderful aspects to this neighborhood that it’s difficult to pass up.”

Indeed, Old Palm is exceptional throughout and epitomizes “Life Well-Lived.” The Club is a welcome blend of tradition and contemporary luxuries that feels like home. Designed to mirror the intimate scale of a Palm Beach estate, the Mediterranean-style Club encourages members to mingle in its casual, pleasantly understated atmosphere. The dining venues and inspired menus are equally exquisite, yet without even a hint of stuffiness. The sense of comfort and conviviality naturally extends into the Spa, Fitness Center and Casitas adjacent to the Club, where members can house their guests in sumptuously appointed suites.

Old Palm is also synonymous with golf, a tribute to the legendary Raymond Floyd who designed the spectacular golf course and its devilish 19th or bye hole. A resident of Old Palm and Honorary Club Chairman, Floyd served as Vice Captain for the U.S. team in the 2014 Ryder Cup, as well. Another major draw for golfers is Old Palm’s Golf Studio, a remarkable practice area with indoor and outdoor facilities that allows them to replicate every shot that may be encountered on the course. A game-improvement enthusiast’s dream, the Golf Studio houses three practice holes, a double-ended range, V-1 equipped hitting bay with TrackMan technology, short game area and putting green.

Old Palm is ideally located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens with close proximity to a wealth of luxuries and conveniences, including members’ access to a private beach club.

Old Palm Golf Club stands alone as the premier private Club community in the Palm Beaches, with new estate homes ranging in price from $1.4 million to $15 million. Isle Estates, Old Palm’s newest neighborhood, recently opened and the response has been overwhelmingly positive for this new collection of coastal-style homes.

Additionally, Old Palm is near both Palm Beach International Airport and North County General Aviation Airport, which accommodates private aircraft. Old Palm is being developed by Clarion partners, a leading real estate investment firm with more than $25 billion in assets under management.
