Meals are always spectacular at the Club at Old Palm, but weekend dinners often take on an even more special flair. Executive Chef Jason Soule makes sure that the menus are inventive and that they include a variety of dishes suited to every imaginable taste.
For instance, Chef Soule kicked off a recent weekend with a Friday Night menu that Old Palm members found tantalizing. Appetizers included Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Truffled Steak Tartar. There was a fine selection of garden-fresh salads, and entrees ran the gamut from SautÃ©ed Veal Medallions Marsala to Yellowtail Snapper Francaise to Ginger Glazed Kurobuta Pork Chop.
The following Sunday Night on the Grill menu was just as savory. Prime New York Strip Steaks, thick Tenderloins and succulent Atlantic Salmon and were grilled to perfection. The Pasta Station featured Rigatoni with Meatballs and Italian Sausage and Spring Vegetable Pasta Primavera. The buffet was a smorgasbord of dishes such as Macadamia-Crusted Halibut, Cauliflower and White Cheddar Gratin and Coconut Basmati Rice.
Chef Soule has also created a Sunday âComfort to Goâ menu for Old Palm members who wish to dine at home. Highlights include Meatloaf, Roast Turkey Breast or Country Ham served with Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables and Gravy. How comforting. Fatherâs have a lot to look forward to this weekend!
