Construction is booming in Isle Estates

Of all the neighborhoods in Old Palm Golf Club, none is experiencing such a flurry of construction and activity as Isle Estates, the community’s newest neighborhood. Numerous models are being built, others are being designed and available home sites are being snapped up like never before. Interest is soaring and demand is high because home buyers understand that they must act now if they want to enjoy the extraordinary Old Palm lifestyle. Distinguished by beautiful coastal architecture, Isle Estates looks and feels quite different than other neighborhoods in the Palm Beaches. The home designs are fresh, open and wonderfully original. Hasey also has two Bonair models in various stages of design and construction that will be available for the season. However, another completely furnished Bonair is open for touring, which allows potential buyers to see all the amenities of this magnificent model. The two-story 5,275-square-foot under-air Bonair offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths in a traditional great room layout with a club room, theater and upstairs lounge that opens onto a rear terrace. Other inviting features include beamed ceilings, great separation between the bedrooms for added privacy, and a grand sense of spaciousness. Pricing is from $2,499,630. Courchene Development Corporation also has a fully furnished model called the St. James that is available for touring in Isle Estates. With 5,129 square feet under air, this one-story model offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and a separate club room away from the spacious living room and family room. The St. James can be built on one of the neighborhood’s available home sites starting at $2,420,530. Another Courchene model—the Hamilton—is currently under construction and will be available for the season. It’s an exceptionally popular model, as it reflects the look of a Bermuda residence. The one-story Hamilton encompasses 5,080 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, five full and one half bath, a great room and a media room, all with exceptionally high ceilings. The Hamilton is priced starting at $2,410,530. Courchene also has plans to build two additional models. One of these residences will be sold furnished; the other unfurnished. Both will feature four bedrooms, four full baths, two half baths, a great room and a separate club room. In addition, there will be a three-car garage. Pricing has yet to be established.
