In preparation for the upcoming season, Hasey Construction has three new models in various stages of construction in Old Palm Golf Club’s magnificent Grand Estates. Although the homes will be finished for the season, they are expected to sell beforehand because these residences are designed with the features that today’s home buyers desire. For instance, Hasey’s two-story Wedgewood model sprawls over 6,725 square feet under air, so there is plenty of space for its four bedroom, five full baths, two half baths, family room, living room, club room and wine room. The balcony on the second floor provides a sweeping view of the 9th hole of Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. The Wedgewood is priced at $3,875,000. Then, there is the extraordinary Windsor. This one-story residence offers 5,138 square feet under air with four bedrooms, five full baths and one half bath in a great room plan. The design calls for plenty of glass to bathe the interior in natural light, an easy transition between the indoors and outdoors, and generous proportions throughout. This Windsor overlooks a private water feature and pricing for the model starts at $2,700,000. The third Hasey model is the popular Ashford. It features a split floor plan, with the addition of a spacious loft over the center of the home that can be reached by stairs or elevator. The 6,495-square-foot layout boasts five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, a loft and a club room. The swimming pool lies directly behind the living room, affording a clear view of the subtropical landscaping, open cabana and fountain beyond. The Ashford can be built on any available home site in Grand Estates from $3,300,000. “What’s really wonderful about the Grand Estates is the abundance of space inside and outside,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. “Residences range from 4,800 to 7,000 square feet of living space and are on half-acre home sites. The possibilities are endless.”
