Tropical Smokehouse, West Palm Beach - January 2021
Former Cafe Boulud Executive Chef, Rick Mace, recently opened a barbecue restaurant in West Palm Beach. His primary focus was to produce an authentic, Florida-style barbecue hotspot with Caribbean and Cuban flavors. While traditional barbecue dishes such as pulled pork and ribs are on the menu, Mace wanted to introduce a more diverse menu utilizing local ingredients, such as smoked Florida-caught fish.
