Old Palm Golf Club epitomizes a “Life Well-Lived.”
March 12, 2015

Sales in Old Palm Golf Club continue to surge, and it’s no wonder. With limited inventory in certain neighborhoods, brand-new models throughout and highly positive word of mouth, homebuyers know that now’s the time to purchase the home of their dreams in Old Palm.

But the allure isn’t only a result of the residences, which are magnificent, of course. Old Palm’s appeal goes even deeper and involves the extraordinary lifestyle behind the community’s entry gates. Old Palm members truly enjoy a “Life Well-Lived,” which is why it is known as the premier private Club community in the Palm Beaches.

âThe decision to live here often starts with the home, but the attraction of Old Palm really extends beyond bricks and mortar to embrace every aspect of the lifestyleâand theyâre all wonderful,â says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. âWe are continually

Now’s a grand time to buy at Old Palm Golf Club’s Grand Estates
February 26, 2015

The Grand Estates at Old Palm Golf Club is red hot, and there is more to the robust sales than this being the middle of the season. For starters, precious few home sites remain in the Grand Estates and they are being snapped up quickly, in part because they are a half-acre in size. That gives homebuyers plenty of room for a 4,800 to 7,000-square-foot home, swimming pool, large outdoor kitchen, and an expansive back yard to enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

Sales have also been boosted by the generous selection of models in the Grand Estates. Although both completed models were recently purchased, five others are under construction or being designed to break ground shortly. Like every home in this neighborhood, the residences are beautifully situated on quiet cul-de-sacs and overlook private water features or Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course.

Old Palm Golf Club will be well represented at the 2015 Honda Classic
February 16, 2015

In this year’s Honda Classic, Old Palm Golf Club will enjoy a high profile because three of its members and residents will be playing in the field. Lee Westwood, Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen will be teeing it up with the enviable advantage of having to drive just a few minutes down the road from Old Palm to the Honda Classic.

The tournament, which runs February 26 through March 1, will be held at PGA National Resort & Spa on the Champion Course that Jack Nicklaus designed. The course will play quite a bit differently than it did last year as the fairways are now carpeted with Celebration Bermuda grass, which is designed to increase the golf ball’s roll. Additionally, the 14th green has been moved closer to the water, presenting even more of a challenge.

Brand New Magens Bay model now open in Old Palm Golf Club
January 27, 2015

The Magens Bay has been so popular in Old Palm’s spectacular Golf Estates neighborhood that as soon as Mustapick Estate Homes breaks ground on one, a homebuyer snaps it up. Three of these highly coveted models have already sold based on the design alone. The latest Magens Bay is now finished, furnished and ready for touring. But it won’t last long.

“We’ve had great success with our two previous models in the Golf Estates,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. “Everyone loved the Monaco, especially its club room, and they love the great room in the Marseilles. So we combined their best attributes and came up with the Magens Bay.”

Named for crescent-shaped Magens Bay on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the model is situated on a private preserve home site in the Golf Estates. With 3,869 square feet under air, it
