Brand New Magens Bay model now open in Old Palm Golf Club
January 27, 2015

The Magens Bay has been so popular in Old Palm’s spectacular Golf Estates neighborhood that as soon as Mustapick Estate Homes breaks ground on one, a homebuyer snaps it up. Three of these highly coveted models have already sold based on the design alone. The latest Magens Bay is now finished, furnished and ready for touring. But it won’t last long.

“We’ve had great success with our two previous models in the Golf Estates,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. “Everyone loved the Monaco, especially its club room, and they love the great room in the Marseilles. So we combined their best attributes and came up with the Magens Bay.”

Named for crescent-shaped Magens Bay on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the model is situated on a private preserve home site in the Golf Estates. With 3,869 square feet under air, it

“We expected 2014 to be a huge success,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm Golf Club, “but we had no idea that sales for 2014 would be absolutely off the charts.”

A staggering 52 estate properties sold for more than $129 million. Interest was high in all four neighborhoods, a confirmation that Old Palm offers homebuyers an unparalleled variety of luxurious home designs and home sites.

In the Golf Estates, where homes range from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet, Mustapick Estate Homes and Courchene Development Corporation both sold an impressive number of new homes and are constructing others to meet the demand. Mustapick recently completed its four-bedroom Monaco model, which features a traditional floor plan with a separate living room, family room and dining room.

Mustapick also has two models under construction, both on home sites overlooking a wooded preserve for the ultimate in privacy:

Sales are red-hot in Old Palm’s new Isle Estates neighborhood, where the homes are distinguished by beautiful coastal architecture. Hasey Construction’s Bonair model just sold, not long after the sale of the company’s Belize model.  In addition, Courchene Development recently sold its Hamilton Model in the Isle Estates. To meet the increasing customer demand, Hasey Construction and Courchene Development have other homes in various stages of design in the Isle Estates.

For starters, Hasey plans to build another Bonair model on a one-third acre home site overlooking the 10th hole of Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. With 5,275 square feet under air, it is designed with an alluring informality, spaciousness and enticing natural flow between the indoors and outdoors.

The Bonair offers four bedrooms, five full and two half baths in a traditional great room layout with a club room, theatre and

Sales in Isle Estates expected to reach a fever pitch by mid-season
November 24, 2014

Considering that home sales are already unusually robust in Old Palm Golf Club’s newest neighborhood of Isle Estates for such a brand new offering, this season is expected to be absolutely off the charts. In the last month alone, the amount of activity has soared in every respect. Construction is about to start on several residences that have been purchased, a family just moved into one of the original models, the builders are designing new models and home sites are being snapped up.

“We couldn’t be more excited by how quickly this new neighborhood has gained traction,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “Isle Estates is unlike anything else in the Palm Beaches, and homebuyers have found it to be immensely appealing. This neighborhood of coastal architecture is like a slice of the British West Indies with an irresistible tropical flair.”

Old Palm Golf Club celebrates 10 years of “Life Well-lived.”
November 20, 2014

In honor of its 10th anniversary and to mark the much-anticipated beginning of the season, Old Palm Golf Club recently held a spectacular Opening Weekend celebration. Old Palm’s elegant Club and Raymond Floyd-designed golf course hosted the festivities, but the mood was light-hearted and fun-filled throughout the community.

Golf played prominently during the day, while lively parties continued through the evening. Champagne and conversation flowed freely as Old Palm’s residents happily caught up with each other and discussed how they spent their summers. The energy and enthusiasm were palpable, in part because everyone in attendance knew that this was just the start of the season’s many upcoming events.

âOur members love to have a good time and socialize,â says Darlene Impellittiere, General Manager. âEven though this is an exclusive private community, itâs full of life and energy. Old Palmâs social calendar is
