Old Palm Golf Club Has Record-Year for Sales

The end of the year presents an opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months. For Old Palm Golf Club, 2016 brought a multitude of reasons to celebrate, with 29 properties sold totaling more than $85 million “Given our club’s exclusivity, the fact that we were able to welcome 29 new families into our community with newly constructed properties is phenomenal,” said Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm Golf Club. “It’s something we’re incredibly proud of.” The sales activity at Old Palm in 2016 was not limited to new construction, as the on-site real estate office completed five resales last year. Old Palm Presents the Top 100 Teachers in America Golf School

At Old Palm Golf Club, we pride ourselves on presenting our members with unrivaled opportunities for golf instruction. Our latest offering is the Top 100 Teachers in America Golf School, which will be held on Friday, February 3 and Saturday, February 4.

What to Expect

During the exclusively offered golf school, members will work with instructors to develop a program appropriate for their particular needs. The lessons will cover every aspect of the game, from the fundamentals to short game instruction (including putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play, and specialty wedge shots). Our professional instructors will be utilizing state of the art video and analysis tools, including TrackMan and a V1 Video System, to provide recommendations tailored to each individual.
