Newly released home sites in Grand Estates selling fast
November 13, 2013

Old Palm recently released eight more home sites in the magnificent Grand Estates neighborhood, and three of them have already sold. Located in the cul-de-sacs Cielo Court and Kiora Court, the half-acre home sites are beautifully situated overlooking private water features or Old Palm’s spectacular Raymond Floyd-designed golf course. To enhance the entrance to the cul-de-sacs, more stately royal palms have been planted along the main thoroughfare that runs the length of the Grand Estates. “The rapid sales of these home sites, even though it’s well before the season, shows that Old Palm remains the most desirable private Club community in the Palm Beaches,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “And the fact that the three buyers were individuals, rather than home builders, re-enforces just how savvy they are. Chances are, if they had waited to buy, these home sites might not have been available.”
