The figures for July are just in, and sales of homes priced over $1 million jumped 53% from a year earlier. Besides being a reflection of high consumer confidence, it shows that summer is no longer the off-season for luxury home sales In fact, sales at Old Palm Golf Club have been blistering since the year began. In the first six months alone, Old Palm Real Estate, the on-site sales office sold 30 luxury properties totaling more than $62 million. The Bentley model in high demand
