February 08, 2012

Of all the unique aspects of Old Palm Golf Club, the availability of one-acre home sites may well be the most distinguishing feature. Old Palm is one of the only luxury golf club communities in the Palm Beaches offering new homes on one-acre estate home sites. Buyers can select from several model homes already built on one of these generously sized lots in the Custom Estates neighborhood, or simply purchase the land and then build the custom home of their dreams âA one-acre home site gives the buyer much more flexibility for the design of the home,â explains Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales at Old Palm. âThey might choose to add a guest house, motor court, or expanded swimming pool and cabana area. During their one-hour session, they began to learn the varying aspects of the game, including the full swing, short game and putting. There was even time to introduce them to the basic rules of golf and course management As an added incentive, once the kids develop their skills, they can play in our Junior Club Championship and competitions with juniors in neighboring clubs. The Old Palm Junior Golf Academy runs every…
